With the Bug-A-Boo tool we created a system which enables us to concentrate on the wishes and needs of the tdbengine users. Bug-A-Boo is a bug tracking application similar to Bugzilla from the Mozilla-Group or phpBugTracker. Bug reports and feature wishes and ideas are managed comfortable and efficientely with its help. Different states and categorisations allow a clear and exact description of errors. The internal emailing system directly notifies the responsible devloper(s). Any status change gets logged. That allows a complete history for each bug report and its way through Bug-A-Boo. Users feedback now never should "get lost" in a forum anymore but be reproducable at any future time.
