    Function f_read()
    Short Reads from a stream
    Syntax f_read(hdl : integer; VAR array[]; nbytes : INTEGER) : integer
    Parameter hdl : Handle returned by f_create or f_open
    array : BYTE[], INTEGER[], REAL[], CHAR[], TBITS[]
    nbytes : Number of bytes to read
    Return Number of bytes effectively read

    Description This function reads nbytes Bytes from the stream into the assigned array. If the parameter nbytes is not given, the whole array will be filled.
