    Function flush()
    Short Transmission of all buffered data
    Syntax FLUSH
    Parameter
    Return 0
    See also:
    flushdb()
    Description The call of FLUSH causes that all file handles are closed (temporarily) after eventually saved data was transmitted to the media.

    Furthermore the cache of the BTrees of the indeces is deallocated.

    FLUSH also makes sure, that the operation system gets the actual table status thus it can transmit it to other applications.
